German Speaking Customer Service Representative - Porto (On-site) Location: Porto, PortugalWork Model: Onsite Working Hours Monday to Sunday: 06:00 – 21:00 (Rotative shifts)2 rotative days off Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in German. No prior experience needed. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in GermanProvide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain a high level of customer satisfactionDocument interactions and follow internal proceduresCollaborate with internal teams when necessary Requirements German C2 level (mandatory)Good level of EnglishStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetAvailability to work in rotative shiftsStarting date: 22/Jan/2026 Compensation & Benefits €1,300 per month €200 per month performance bonusWelcome bonusMeal allowanceRelocation Support (details will be shared in the upcoming step)
