Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative
Join our client's team in Greece – with the option to work from home (in Greece only)

Are you passionate about helping others and solving problems? Our client, a global leader in customer experience, is looking for talented Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in Greece – either on-site in Athens or from the comfort of your home in Greece

About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat with inquiries, orders, or issues
  • Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Work with internal systems and online tools
  • Be part of a supportive, multicultural team

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus – but not required
