Sales Development Specialist (Dutch-speaking) – On-site Location: Valencia, Spain Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (39 hours/week) About the Role As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales performance by identifying customer needs, maximizing sales opportunities, and delivering high-quality customer interactions within a high-tech environment. This position is ideal for goal-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven sales setting. You will be based on-site in Valencia and work as part of an international, multicultural team with strong development and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Achieve individual sales targets and maximize sales opportunities on every interaction Identify customer needs using structured scripts and effective probing techniques Recommend the most suitable products or services based on customer requirements Maintain a strong understanding of products, pricing, promotions, and internal procedures Ensure all interactions meet defined sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication at all times Accurately document customer interactions and update account information Handle billing-related questions by clearly explaining account components Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and sales performance Required Qualifications Fluent or bilingual in Dutch Advanced level of English Proven background in sales or sales-oriented roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven and results-oriented mindset Confident computer user with the ability to learn new systems quickly Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Whats Offered Permanent full-time contract (39 hours/week) Base salary: €21,000 gross/year Performance bonus: up to €5,000 gross/year Private medical insurance Modern office location in Valencia Fully paid training Ongoing career development programs and specialized training courses Why Join You'll be part of a supportive and inclusive work environment that values professional growth, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
