ABOUT USExperimental was founded in 2007 by three childhood friends, Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. Xavier Padovani later joined them and shared their vision: to offer the ultimate hospitality experience to an ever-demanding clientele.Celebrated for bringing the cocktail bar culture to Paris, Experimental operates cocktail bars, but also wine bars, restaurants and, since 2015, hotels. Destinations diversify over the years, starting with European capitals like Paris and London, to more seasonal locations such as Ibiza or Menorca for the summer or the ski slopes of Verbier and Val d'Isère for the winter. The group also has properties in Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds.The philosophy of service is constituted and affirmed by three key principles: the quality of its products, the precision of service, and the warm welcome of our guests.ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL BEACH IBIZAExperimental Beach is set amongst the picturesque Salinas natural park. The bar & restaurant is set on the beach, overlooking the sea where the sunset is one of the best on the island. The menu is inspired by the history and culture of the Balearic Islands, and the cocktail menu is a twist on what Experimental knows best : a touch of eccentric whimsy with a nod to the classics.ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking a Waiter Intern M/F to join our team at Ibiza Experimental Beach. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:Organize the setup of the pantries and the roomGuarantee the customer experienceAdvise customers with an excellent knowledge of the menu and productsCarry out the service by respecting the precise rules of the profession: taking orders, setting up according to the order, clearing away, straightening upPerform end of service operations: tidying up, setting up the next serviceMaintain the space in an optimal stateRespect and follow aesthetic standardsABOUT YOUA waiter is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude and skills that follow:Experience in a similar roleHave excellent gastronomy knowledgeAttention to details and customer needsSocial, engaging and motivatedFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situationsBe well spoken with excellent communication skillsKnowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficialExperience Experimental Throughout your experience, you will be part of a stimulating and innovative environment.
