With 33 stylish rooms, a lively restaurant, and a vibrant atmosphere, it’s a destination for curious travellers and locals alike.At the top of the hotel, our rooftop bar offers stunning views over Ibiza’s old town — a chic, open-air setting where cocktails are crafted under the stars.ABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking an Kitchen Intern M/F to join our team at Montesol Experimental.Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:Assist in the food preparation processCook and prepare elements of high-quality dishesPrepare vegetables, meats and fishSupport the Head Chef with deliveries and restockingClean kitchen stationsMaintain a high level of food quality, exceeding our guests’ expectationsAdhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standardsApply all Health & Safety and food quality regulationsABOUT YOUTo successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude and skills that follow:Experience in a similar roleHave a strong team spiritGood organisational skillsFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situationsBe well spoken with excellent communication skillsExperience Experimental Throughout your experience, you will be part of a stimulating and innovative environment.
