Data Analytics & IA Manager
Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)

- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de proyectos de IA en colaboración con las áreas de negocio.
- Detectar oportunidades para aplicar IA que optimicen procesos, incrementen la eficiencia y mejoren la toma de decisiones.
- Coordinar equipos internos y proveedores externos en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de IA.
- Definir y aplicar políticas de gobierno del dato, especialmente en lo relativo a datos maestros.
- Asegurar la calidad, coherencia y disponibilidad de la información para su uso en analítica avanzada.
- Colaborar con IT y otras áreas para integrar soluciones de IA en los sistemas corporativos.
- Evaluar y seleccionar tecnologías, plataformas y herramientas de IA y analítica.
- Impulsar una cultura orientada a datos y IA, incluyendo acciones de formación y sensibilización.

Ser referente dentro del área de IA de la compañía

- Grado en Ingeniería, Informática, Matemáticas, Estadística, Tecnologías de la Información o similar. Se valorarán certificaciones en IA, Data Science o Data Governance.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Otros idiomas serán un plus.
- Al menos 2 años en proyectos de IA, con experiencia demostrable en gestión de iniciativas de analítica y AI.
- Dominio de técnicas de Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision.
- Experiencia con plataformas como Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow. Conocimiento en gestión de datos maestros y gobierno del dato. Se valorará experiencia en arquitecturas modernas (Data Lake, Data Mesh).
- Perfil autónomo, proactivo y organizado, con excelentes habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Alta orientación a resultados, capacidad analítica y de síntesis, gestión de múltiples proyectos y adaptación a entornos cambiantes. Compromiso con la mejora continua y actualización tecnológica.
- Disponibilidad para viajes puntuales.
