Are you a brilliant young recently graduated with an interest in HR or Marketing? Would you like to challenge yourself in a dynamic international environment? Ecolab is looking for a young talent to join Ecolab's European Talent Acquisition team.

What You Will Do:
Provide recruiting support to EU Talent Acquisition team including:

- Seek out talent for strategically important roles, using digital tools, databases and social networks.
- Create compelling sourcing strategies and marketing materials, work on improving brand perception in target groups
- Identify areas for investigation and probing at interview
- Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
- Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed
- Curiosity to identify new sourcing channels, platforms and technology to help us continually improve

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or other related areas
- Excellent English. Another European language is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service focused and Collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MA in Human Resources
- Previous experience as Junior Recruiter.
