**About the role**

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, your main objective will be to immerse yourself in the field of talent acquisition, gaining invaluable practical experience. This opportunity will serve as a solid foundation for your future career in human resources and recruitment.

**What you'll do**
- Create and post job descriptions of different positions in multiple platforms channels (Career Page, LinkedIn, Universities, Info jobs, etc).
- Prepare reports and analyses from the ATS and other systems.
- Support People team in other day-to-day tasks.

**What you’ll need**
- Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Some previous experience working in Human Resources/recruitment field is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office package and experience working with Google Workspace.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and empathetic person, and a great team player.
