Main responsibilities: - Conduct general accounting duties for assigned role: - Control of receivables to be collected (Accounts Receivables-Order to Cash). - Follow-up of the travel expenses of the company's employees. (Expenses) - Support to the invoicing team with suppliers (Accounts Payables - Purchase to Pay). - Support to the fixed assets accounting (Asset Management) - Reconcile balance sheets accounts monthly or quarterly (Record to Report). - Preparation of reports according to the requirements of the group. - Resolution of possible incidents in administrative tasks. - Support tasks in the preparation of taxes (SII-VAT Reports and monthly tax returns). - Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closures. Assist accounting team and Manager in the statutory and corporate external audits. - Support local Accountants when requested. - Assist the accounting team in various reporting. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Qualifications**: This position requires a strong accounting knowledge.
