Tiebreak Solutions Ltd. is a global MarTech company founded by experts in the fields of fintech technology, online marketing and customer acquisition. Tiebreak provides tailored and innovative solutions to help companies with complex needs achieving their full potential.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with experience in the CFD and trading market, to join our international team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Research and recruit new affiliates through different channels.
- Maintain relationships, negotiate deals, and maximize performance from existing affiliates.
- Optimize campaign profits by expanding affiliates activities.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize all campaigns to meet ROI goals & communicate with new and existing affiliates.
- Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space and monitor competitors’ activities.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as Affiliate Manager
- Experience in fintech or gaming industry
- an advantage
- Excellent English (Written & Verbal).
- Great negotiation and sales skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
