Fashion Production Lead

We are looking for a visionary Production Lead to join the Branding Team of a international brand.
What would your day to day be like?
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient production of apparel product. You will be responsible for managing the entire production process and coordinating with teams.
**Manage teams**: coordinate and manage the Communication and eCommerce product teams.
**Casting**: Supervise the casting for all the lines.
**️ Production**: Coordinate the different productions for all the communication channels ensuring the brand's identity.
**️ Calendar**: Coordinate the production calendar for both areas.
**Budget**: Control the department's budget, the new product entries and the hiring of external suppliers.
**Content**: Work alongside other departments to ensure content creation.
How do we imagine you?
You have already banked 7 years of experience in a similar role, having worked with model and production agencies and/or fashion magazines.
You are motivated by challenges and always want to bring new ideas to the table
️ You are organized, decisive and passionate of knowing who's in the worlds of fashion and photography.
️️️You are capacitated to adapt to changes as working in a fast paced collaborative environment in constant evolution.
Super fluent in Spanish and English.
