**Essential Job Functions**:

- Collaborate with the team to design innovative, effective, and customized solutions that address clients' technology challenges.
- Support building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their requirements, and contributing to solution delivery.
- Conduct in-depth analysis, translate data into insights, and contribute to solution recommendations.
- Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deliverables are met, and contributing to project success.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform solution design and client engagement strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role in consulting
- Proven experience: Proficiency in consulting with some demonstrated skills
- Proficiencies: Basic understanding of consulting methodologies and industry trends
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA)
- Relevant certifications related to the field are a plus
