**Department**:
Global Alumni Relations (GAR) provides engagement services, resources and benefits to our alumni network that consists of more than 85,000 alumni worldwide and liaises across the IE stakeholder map to ensure the community stays connected to each other and IE throughout their lifetime. The team consists of 16 dedicated staff members based in Madrid and shared resources in Europe, Middle East, U.S. and Asia‐Pacific that focus on alumni and careers.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in **Madrid - IE Tower**

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as a**Coordinator, Data Projects** will involve**:
Collect, analyze, and update data related to Alumni activities carried out at IE and according to IE's strategic objectives. Analysis and visualization of key summaries for different departmental and institutional purposes, designing and preparing reports related to this activity. Define and ensure historical evolution of key indicators for measuring the success and performance of these activities, updating and reporting to the GAR Department.
- Collection, treatment, validation, and updating of all the information and data related to Alumni at IE, using the institutional tools available for such purposes (databases, apps, platforms).
- Creation, preparation and completion of different reports related to the activities of IE Alumni.
- Analyzing, creating, validating, and reporting of indicators and measures of IE Alumni activity level and quality of data.
- Developing other special projects according to the needs of the department.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:

- ** Prior Experience**in data management and analysis, reporting & visualization. Experience consolidating data from databases and/or other digital platforms. Prior experience in outbound calls and/or customer relationship management a plus.
- ** Time Management**: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset: Able to think logically, organize work flows efficiently, and propose solutions to problems independently. The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, being organized is a must
- **Work Ethic**: Can-do Attitude, Ability to work autonomously and pro-active initiative taker. Ability to work independently and in teams with a multi-cultural context.
- **Language Proficiency**: bilingual in both English and Spanish, in verbal and written form. Our alumni are very international and many conversations will be conducted in English.
- ** Systems**: Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, survey tools and reporting packages (i.e. PowerBI)
- University degree, Master preferred.**Reporting Structure**:Reporting into the Data & Analytics Director.
