Descripción

El departamento de Information Systems and Data Analytics (IS&DA) es el encargado de gestionar y desarrollar el sistema de gestión de la compañía. Se encargan de cargar los datos de las nuevas carteras en el sistema, la implementación de mejoras y nuevas funcionalidades y la gestión del sistema de reporting interno y externo.

Perfil

The InformationSystems and Data Analytics (IS&DA) department is in charge of managing anddeveloping the company's management system. They oversee the boardings (loadingthe data of the new portfolios in the system), the implementation ofimprovements and new functionalities and the management of the internal andexternal reporting system.

Additionally, there is the PMO ISDA team, which is in charge of planning and coordinating allthe department's projects internally and with the rest of the company'sbusiness units.

PMO Team Coordinator

We are looking foraProject Management Office to join our team and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Project Management Officer responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.

Ultimately, you will work with leaders across various departments to help streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.

Responsibilities

- Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives

- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently

- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes

- Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines

- Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification

Requirements and skills

- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role

- Strong leadership skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to details and technicalities

- Excellent organizational and technical abilities

- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer

- Jira, MS Office, SQL

Languages

- Spanish native

- English advanced

Nice to have

- Financial/Real Estate sector knowledge/experience
