**Job Purpose**
You´ll be working to maximise performance levels and profitability through digitalisating projects, automating processes and monitoring results to support executive decision-making processes.
**Main Accountabilities**
- Support the efficient implementation of the internal processes’ digitisation.
- Support the consolidation of internal and transversal analysis processes.
- Ensure robustness of information delivery.
- Delivery results with accuracy and attention to detail.
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Analyse available data to support senior executive decision-making processes
- Build clear and concise reports
- Support key inflight retail experience projects harnessing available data
- Support the creation of business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Actively seek new opportunities to improve and develop area processes and policies with a focus on efficiency and profitability
- Support the development of short and medium-term retail action plans
**Main Relationships**
- Internally with Data, IT, Transformation, Operations, Finance and Legal
- Externally with our Retail provider
**Education**
University studies in ADE, finance or related fields.
**Experience**
At least one year of experience (including internships).
**Competencies**
- Strong teamworking, organizational and planning skills.
- Innovative, creative, and focused on results.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and demanding environment with minor supervision, within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
- Tableau Prep / Tableau Creator: Big data management, display data.
- SQL - Amazon Redshift
- Office365 - Excel, PowerPoint.
- Advanced excel skills (VBA).
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as R or Python.
- Knowledge of modelling and statistics.
- Understanding of data structures is a plus.
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and curious.
- Understanding of Retail service processes is a plus
**Languages**
Spanish
English - B2+ or C1
**Other**
Knowledge of AIMS is a plus and R or Python.
