**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues regarding account setup, listing management, lead generation, and general platform usage.
- Identify and escalate technical issues or more complex enquiries to the appropriate team, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Provide insights to management to improve service quality and platform functionality.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Currently able to live and work in Spain.
- Native-level fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within customer support or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with online platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
