Desde LHH Executive seleccionamos Business Development Director/a para compañía tecnológica/ digital.

**Requisitos**:
8+ años liderando equipos de ventas en el sector de la consultoría tecnológica y digital; generando nuevo negocio y con un role de venta consultiva.

Demostrar que durante varios años consecutivos y de manera consistente es capaz de generar ventas.

Tener un perfil técnico, con altas capacidades para poder explicar en detalle los diferentes productos y servicios tecnológicos y digitales.

Experiência con presentaciones comerciales y realización de propuestas.

Tener fluidez con el inglés.

Extensa experiência en negociación y cierre de propuestas económicas con directivos/as de grandes empresas.

Gran capacidad de análisis, y de reporting.

Haber contado con un equipo de ventas a su cargo y haber definido la estrategia de ventas y KPIs.

Tener una red de contactos en el sector y contar con una reputación elevada.

Tener don de gentes y crear una relación de confianza con sus clientes.

Ser un gran trabajador de equipo que sabe motivar a sus trabajadores.

Analizar el rendimiento de sus trabajadores, proponer mejoras y formarlos para convertirlos en mejores profesionales.
