As a **Human Resources Technician **you will participate in the selection processes from the curriculum screening phase to the final hiring phase. **You will support the Onboarding and Offboarding processes** and monitor the development of the teams, ensuring their well-being and contributing to making **_SilverStorm_** the best place to work.

You will support the department, organising and monitoring the different training actions, guaranteeing the satisfaction and the use of them.
**Team**:
You will participate in the management of administrative tasks, internal communications and documentation, presentations, and you will support in the organisation of the different Corporate Social Responsibility actions.
