Because of the departure of the current employee, we are looking to recruit a:
**Facility Manager 80-100 %**:
**Your activity**
Reporting to our Finance, IT and Building Department, your tasks will include:
- Ensuring the technical security of the building without major outages and incidents
- Being the first point of contact with the tenants of the building in case of technical problems
- Organising and maintaining the technical installations of the building in a preventive manner
- Keeping a constant watch and monitoring the installations using the software and technical tower
- Implementing energy optimisation, waste reduction and the 2050 decarbonisation plan
- Proposing measures for continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Taking charge of renovation/investment projects and coordinating craftsmen
- Requesting and comparing bids from different craftsmen, in collaboration with the Finance and Purchasing Departments
- Supervising the installation of new tenants in case of works or moving in/out
- Taking responsibility for the technical and electrical safety of the building, including staff training
- Supporting tenants in setting up their premises
- As the operating electrician, checking and installing all electrical installations
**Your profile**
- CFC as an electrician with additional training as a technical building expert, operating electrician’s licence ( 13 al. 3 OIBT) a plus
- Several years of experience in the industry as a facility manager
- Experience in technical safety management and supervision of external companies
- Good knowledge of standard IT tools (Word, Excel) and technical tools (Siemens, Aprol R4 Supervisor, etc.)
- Autonomous, flexible and stress resistant personality with good communication skills to interact with different types of interlocutors while combining authority and diplomacy
- Focused on continuous improvement of infrastructure and energy optimisation
