Get a breath of FRESH air and #joinFRESH **Report to**: The position is within FRESH Oxygen in Madrid, under the supervision of FRESH COO Oxygen manager in Madrid, with functional link with FRESH Strategy & Design head in Paris **Main responsibilities**: - Guarantee the quality of FRESH resources (>1000) and projects (>250) data in Clarity (projects and resources steering tool). - Monitor on a day-to-day basis the data quality level and take appropriate actions to make them reliable. - Animate action plans with operational teams (PMO, project managers ) to guaranty the quality and the consistency of the resources (settings, time tracking ) and project portfolio data in Clarity. - Define FRESH additional requirements on the monitoring of quality topics: request evolutions on standard Tableau reports provided by the ITG central team (ITPO), build additional control and monitoring tools, suggest operational and innovative solutions on the tools and processes. Implement and follow-up their implementation. - Ensure the support of project managers (operational support to input qualitative data in Clarity: resources management, project monitoring, budget, planning ). - Make necessary updates directly in the tool in line with project managers when necessary. - Contribute to training sessions for Clarity Users. - Contribute to the roll out of the best practices in Clarity within FRESH and to the related processes animation. - Contribute to the animation of the SPOC/PMO network on Clarity and on resources and Project Portfolio Management (weekly meeting). **REQUIREMENTS**: Professional Experience - 0-2 years Skills and behaviours - Analysis capacity. - Proactive, autonomous and dynamic mindset. - Rigour and a sense of organisation and management of priorities. - Team spirit. - Good written and oral communication. - Ability to work in both emergency and project mode. - English is a must, French is a nice to have.
