Ensure the availability, security, and performance of identity and access services by managing and optimizing Active Directory (on-premises) and Azure Active Directory (cloud). Lead modernization, integration, and governance initiatives across hybrid environments.

**What you will do at Signaturit**- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure AD, and related services (e.g., ADFS, GPOs, DNS).
- Oversee synchronization using **Azure AD**Connect, domain controllers, organizational units (OUs), and group policy objects (GPOs).
- Lead or participate in cloud migration and integration projects.
- Monitor security logs and events; respond to incidents related to identity and access.
- Automate administrative tasks using **PowerShell** and scripting tools.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and support audit processes.

**What we believe should contribute to your success in this context**
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with **Active**Directory in enterprise environments
- Proven experience with **Azure Active**Directory, **Microsoft 365**, and **Azure AD**Connect/Entra Connect.
- Strong knowledge of identity protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth.
- Proficient in **PowerShell scripting** for administrative automation.
- Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Familiarity with security tools like **Microsoft Defender**for Identity, **Entra ID**, or similar.
- Preferred Certifications:

- **Microsoft**Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- **Microsoft**Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- **MCSA / MCSE** (if still valid)
