**Commercial Enablement Manager Region SW/MEIA**:

**About the Role**:
The Commercial Enablement Manager is a key role within the European Pricing and Commercial analytics organization. Reporting to the Pricing and Revenue manager of the region, this role is focused on driving activation and compliance of the global way of working within regional commercial organization.
- To work closely with Business System Specialists to ensure regional demands are captured
- Drive activation and compliance of global way of working ensuring consistently in all countries
- Drive return on investment of agreed initiatives (usage rates, process efficiency achievement)
- Drive change management within the RMT and region - stop/change activation
- Drive continuous improvement of KPIs with regional management teams
- Secure competency development and management for all regional users
- Be proficient in global business processes and systems (CRM, CPQ, PBI,...), to support local organization
- Contribute to business systems roadmap planning

**Who You Are**:

- High commercial awareness, high level of commercial experience
- Strong leadership skills
- University Degree
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to build business relationships at many levels and drive change
- Customer centric
- Results driven, process orientated
- Proficient in English. Other European languages will be a plus.
