**SENIOR MASTER DATA PLANNER**

**COTY, Granollers, Spain**

**_Granollers Planning Hub is looking for an MDM Senior planner to join the Master Data Team which will help to consolidate and define the legacy of New Initiative data tracking, whilst enabling/challenging personal development._**

**THE ROLE**
- Deliver Key Performance Indicators, making sure to reach the Service Level Agreement targets
- Deep understanding of the product creation cycles and basic data maintenance, whilst understanding the business impacts and ensuring that the data flows correctly to all platforms. E2E understanding of
- Identify systemic errors and trend analysis, establishing detailed RCA - developing and managing an action plan to assure Master Data improvements, until full resolution.
- Tracking all new project status, with direct contact and communication across different workstreams. Being able to lead meeting, to guarantee the visibility and status of data readiness in SAP for all new initiative in the scope, giving priority based on business requirements.
- MDM Hubs and departments involved with Master Data functionality to improve root cause methodology, implement processes and system enhancements, guaranteeing it delivers the business needs with clarity and structure.
- Building capabilities by managing improvement processes to optimize Master Data tools, maintaining the data flow across different systems (SAP, Sharepoint, Planview...)

Owning, Driving and Improving one/several key cross-category processes.

**THE IDEAL FIT**
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, BA and/or similar academic background).
- High level of technical skills (Excel, Visual Basic, SAP, Microsoft Access and Power BI)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) mentality, with ability to propose and deliver improvements.
- Team Player mindset.
- Strong sense of individual accountability - personal drive to improve and passionate ownership of performance.
- Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge the current process / system to deliver improved results.
- High-level communication skills.
- English advance level.
- 2 years of experience in Planning or similar role.
