The position is within FRESH EMEA - COO in Madrid, under the supervision of FRESH EMEA - COO manager in Madrid, with functional link with FRESH COO - OPC Head in Paris.

**Mission**:
The main mission of the OPC is to operate FRESH Operational and Permanent Control framework related to all operational risks front to back and end-to-end, including Fraud, Third Party, Conduct, Compliance, Regulatory, ICT Risks and other risks types in collaboration with other specialized independent control functions.

The scope is FRESH Central and International

Use of Operational Risk Tools (Service Now, Aurora, 360 )

**Main responsibilities**:
**Detailed responsibilities**:

- Procedures- Ensure that Group procedures requirements are implemented locally, complemented with local specificities (regulations, tools organizations,)
- Ensure that the procedures designed by the businesses and functions are identified, updated, properly stored and communicated to the relevant stakeholders within the Operating Entity
- Controls and actions plan- Perform and/or coordinate controls according to FRESH control plan
- Ensure that control results are reviewed and analysed by FRESH Management and when relevant by operational teams / relevant stakeholders and that remediation action plans are defined if and when needed
- Input in Group tools the control results and major action plans
- Follow-up the implementation of remediation actions
- Findings, recommendations and permanent control actions- Ensure the follow-up of the findings and recommendations, either issued internally (e.g. IG supervision) or externally (external auditors, supervisors) and ensure that they are closed within due date
- Management of historical incidents- Follow-up and / or initiate the implementation of remediation actions and the unfolding of long-term incidents
- Perform controls on the incident collection process, in particular the cross-check with other databases (accounting or other when existing)
- Audit follow-up- Coordinate and follow-up of internal and external audit and submit evidences in SharePoint and SFS platform

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Professional Experience
- 2 to 3 years

Training and occupational experience
- Business school or University Graduate
- Experience in Banking activities
- Knowledge on control activities

**Skills and behaviours**:

- Ability to dialogue
- Self-discipline, precise, rigorous, with strong sense of organization
- Critical mindset, curiosity, with sense of initiative
- Good communication (oral, written, with powerful Powerpoint usage) and relationship skills,
- Fluent English, French speaking ability if possible.
