Para nuestro departamento de Service & Product Marketing Iberia buscamos a un/a Process Owner reportando a nuestra Marketing Operations Manager.

La misión del puesto será d irigir y ejecutar los procesos de personalización de vestuario, la gestión y control de los pedidos de uniformidad corporativa, además de otros procesos internos para mejorar la oferta de servicios a nuestros clientes.

Entre las funciones principales del puesto:

- La asistencia y el soporte en todos los procesos de personalización de ropa con relaciones interdepartamentales: Aprovisionamiento, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, Operaciones y Ventas y si es necesario acompañamiento a cliente.
- Formar y orientar desde la posición de experto a personas que necesiten un conocimiento, desarrollado en el proceso de pedidos de vestuario laboral
- Diseñar, ejecutar y supervisar los proyectos de personalización, con el fin de desarrollar y aumentar el volumen de negocio en vestuario laboral
- Dirigir el proceso de creación de las hojas de trabajo y de los bocetos de personalización de prendas.
- Apoyo en la definición y el seguimiento de otros procesos internos, para mejorar la oferta de servicios a nuestros clientes, empezando por el proceso de entrega y montaje de mobiliario.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura, Diplomatura o estudios superiores
- Imprescindible conocimientos y experiência en gestión de ventas internas y gestión de clientes de Grandes Cuentas
- Idiomas : Valorable nível de inglés
- Paquete office y valorable manejo herramienta SAP
- Experiência de 3-4 años en gestión de personalización de vestuario en empresas del sector
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nível Nacional
