Field Service Engineer

**Job Description Summary**: The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site reactive service for our Microbiology products located within hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. Additionally, the Field Service Engineer will participate in the installation and upgrades of these systems and secondarily execute a preventative maintenance program. They will participate in pre-installation testing, reconfiguring, and documentation of uncovered technical issues of all applicable systems.

**Integrated Diagnostics Solutions**:

**About the role**:
The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site reactive service for our Microbiology products located within hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. Additionally, the Field Service Engineer will participate in the installation and upgrades of these systems and secondarily complete a preventative maintenance program. They will participate in pre-installation testing, reconfiguring, and documentation of uncovered technical issues of all applicable systems.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Start-up new systems on-site
- Preventive maintenance of the equipment as well as the administrative tasks that such maintenance entails.
- Corrective visits on-site to solve any incident that may occur.
- Various administrative tasks related to their functions: preparation of expense reports incurred, control of your stock of spare parts (inventory, request, receipt, shipments, RMA, etc...)

**About you**:
Educated at least to ‘A’ level standard, although a Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications. In addition to well-developed Field Service Technician, you’ll also bring:

- No experience required and experience too.
- Professionalism, autonomy, and organizational capacity
- Self-training capacity
- Assess and analyze each situation exhaustively before requesting support.
