We are now currently seeking a **Field Service Engineer - Thermal **to join our dynamic team in **Madrid, Spain**

The **Field Service Engineer - Thermal **assures installation, service and repair of Company products at customer premises, maintaining relations with customer, salesman, distributors and other within his/her area and is responsible for the assigned spares VAN stock.

**What kind of work will you be doing?**
- Respond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on duty;
- Read, understand, and comply with all procedures outlined in the Field Procedure Manual;
- Ensure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures;
- Keep Dispatching Team informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs;
- Maintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors;
- Submit weekly paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner and in case of Wireless Field Service debrief the performed job in a complete and accurate manner at the Customer’s premises;
- Keep company vehicle clean, neat and properly maintained;
- Report and promotes sales or service leads to the proper department;
- Being a reference point for key customers in case of emergency and troubleshooting.

**What will make you successful?**
- Air Conditioning or Electrical engineering high school diploma
- Native in the local language; good English;
- Minimum 4 years experience in technical service area working in a service or test environment of Air conditioning equipment;
- Computer Literate;
- Well organized and able to work under pressure; Very Flexible Work-Hours.
