**About the job** ‍

From the Legal team, we take care of identifying and mitigating any potential risks for Paack from a corporate or commercial side. Among a wide range of topics, we can highlight GDPR and compliance.

We are responsible for the claims, identified and taken throughout a complex procedure to reduce the impact on Paack.

We are currently looking for a Claims Assistant to help us develop and implement effective processes with our Insurance Broker to guarantee the recovery of the claims. Your main tasks will be:

- Daily update of the claims reported by Warehouses and Customer Service.
- Claims Weekly reporting (Excel).
- Coordinating with different departments (CS, OCC, Finance) to obtain the documents required by the Insurance Company.
- Preparating Claims letters, credit notes, etc.
- Participating Claims Meetings with our Insurance Broker.
- Assisting to manage the Group Insurance Policies.

And any other initiatives will be welcome.

**About you**

We are aiming to incorporate someone with studies related to Administration and some experience in similar roles. Experience in claims management with Insurance Companies will be appreciated.

Other important skills are:

- 6 months or 1 year of experience
- High Excel skills
- Proficient level of Spanish and English spoken and written
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills
- Responsibility, ownership, and initiative
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
- Enthusiasm and great work capacity
