**Corporate Counsel**

**Role's tasks and responsibilities**:
Prepare basic corporate governance documentation and other related matters for the subsidiaries within the region
Assist with the preparation and review of commercial contracts, intercompany loan agreements, company acts, and other legal documentation
Coordinate with other global company counsel and outside counsel to manage the subsidiaries of the company in 40 countries
Help ensure compliance with regulations, policies, other acts and documents with different legislations, laws and other legal acts
Assist with the preparation of legal reports and other necessary information for business decisions
Provide legal advice and assistance to other departments
Support to the HR department in the field of labour law and assistance in the preparation of employment documentation
Provide legal administrative support with legal and other documentation
File basic legal documents and correspondence
Conduct research, gathering, analyzing and presenting summarized findings on different legal topics
Other tasks as required by the employer

**Requirements**:
Degree in Spanish Law/Attorney
High expertise in Spanish corporate regulation. A master in Corporate Law will be a plus
5+ years experience working at a multinational company or reputable law firm in corporate law
Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish language, both in verbal and written form
Familiarity with the digital marketing industry will be a plus
Attention to detail and good teamwork skills
