**FUNCTIONS**: We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to contribute to the digital transformation within our company and foster our data-driven culture. - Be a valid interlocutor with the different manager to better understand the needs and to develop the solutions in the field of BI. - Build amazing dashboards in coordination with the internal team and external consultant. - Collaborate with the Data teams and consultants to organize our data in the best way for analytics - Foster our data-driven culture across the whole company by leading initiatives to enable stakeholders getting the best from Functions - Create and maintain dashboards - Creation of standardized KPI reports required - Create and maintain data models, explores and views. - Creation of complex reports in Power BI and administration of the report portal - Support and administration of the reporting environment (data maintenance, archiving etc.) - Recognizing and interpreting data and data correlations - Development of specific ad hoc reports for several stakeholders (e.g. management, business partner) - Gather requirements from our stakeholders and Data Analysts and act as a bridge between them and our Data Consultants to fill the data gaps. - Manage users, privileges and folder structure. - Set up best practices and data governance guidelines for B&I. - Design data models to answer multiple business needs. - Create the processes to model the information in the best way possible to be used - Elaboration of proposals for the standardization and optimization of existing processes and reports - Technical participation in projects and sub-projects and collaboration with interfaces. Requisites - University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar - 5/7 years of relevant experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, Data Visualization Specialist, ETL Developer, or similar role working with modern BI tools. - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English. - Experience BI tools and SAP analytic Clouds - You are a Master in SQL, optimizing queries for performance, scalability, and ease of maintenance. - You feel comfortable querying different types of databases. - You have experience with data modeling. You have experience integrating data from multiple sources including DBs, product tracking, and APIs. - You have the desire to work in an international environment, with mínimal direction, and with highly engaged individuals. Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Goal focused and creative in problem solving - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for all management levels - Strong customer focus and ability to handle difficult stakeholder and project conversations - Ability to work independently with and within remote teams with mínimal daily supervision
