We embody a neutral, holistic and strategic lens to influence the company’s strategy, offering as well as facilitating driving new & recurring revenue to Criteo. Reporting to the Sr Director, Strategic Planning & Operations (Go-to-Market), Criteo is looking for a result driven Program Manager in our Paris, London or Barcelona office. This role will be responsible for the definition and implementation of our operating model to ensure the GTM teams are set up for success. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the GTM leadership and extended leadership team as well as other senior business partners internally. This is a high impact, strategic global and cross-functional role and as such, Criteo is looking to recruit an established Program Manager passionate by the industry and thriving to make a difference. **What you'll do**: Your strong project management skillset will allow you to operate continuously in project mode (scoping, planning, implementing and monitoring your initiatives) while dealing with long term missions. Main responsibilities include: **Intra GTM Operating Model** - Defining and guiding the implementation of our intra Go-to-Market Operating Model - (Organizational structure, Governance, Roles and Resp, Staffing etc.) - Lead our Go-to-Market framework scoping and implementation - Kick off and accelerate strategic initiatives - defining goals, structure and process, governance, team, planning and dependencies, risks - Own and Drive strategic planning governance, timelines, prioritization process, monitoring and reporting framework including tooling **Lead our strategic planning: GTM objectives and OKR Framework** - Providing a cross functional support to GTM LT and their extended leadership team - enabling Strategy definition through the definition and review of yearly objectives, H priorities and quarterly OKRs - Aligning team’s objectives & deliverables to corporate strategy, financial plan and business partners. Lead “OKR quality” review - Support the team in the definition of their own success metrics and identification of strategic initiatives so they are set up for success in achieving their objectives - Ensuring reporting, tracking and monitoring to GTM LT and the larger organization (C-Level) - Coordinating special GTM projects, setting the pace of execution, facilitating prep work and action follow up in alignment with Product Milestones - Monitoring simultaneous projects and launches to ensure consolidated view of everything in progress and coming down the pipeline **Who you are**: - 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting and/or Project Management in a Fast-paced environment (Tech, Start-ups). Experience Adtech is a plus but not mandatory - Experience/Knowledge of Go-To-Market concepts, roles, and responsibilities - A strategic thinker/Problem-solver/Facilitator with exceptional Organization and Communication skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel - Humility, Team player and willingness to learn - Experience managing projects at global scale across various time zones and stakeholders both internally and externally - Strong influential and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with Senior Leadership - Ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams - Highly collaborative work style, strong interpersonal & organizational skills and attention to detail - A PPT/Excel master - Experience in project management tools (Trello, Planner, Asana, etc) a plus LI-HL1 At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
