Por favor, asegúrese de consultar la descripción a continuación con atención.As Europe Materials Strategic Planning Advisor , you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the Materials business in Europe. Through financial analysis, market intelligence, and business case development, you will work closely with operations and regional leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, forecast performance, and translate global strategy into actionable initiatives that improve financial results and drive sustainable growth. Join our Strategic Planning team and contribute to high-impact initiatives across Europe. Main Responsibilities Support local operations in identifying improvement opportunities for key financial KPIs at country, market, and asset level. Analyze market dynamics and competitor positioning to adapt global strategy into effective local execution. Build financial projections, including organic and inorganic growth scenarios. Develop robust business cases to evaluate and justify strategic investment decisions. Monitor strategic CAPEX execution and validate financial impact and value creation. Academic Background Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Finance, Business, or related fields. A Master's degree is considered a plus. Languages Spanish : Native English : B2 Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, strategy, M&A, investment analysis, or business planning. Experience in due diligence, valuation, business case development, and PMI processes. Exposure to industrial or capital-intensive businesses is a plus. Experience in the cement or materials industry is valued. Skills & Knowledge Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Solid understanding of industrial and materials-related businesses. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel .
