**About the Role**

We are looking for a person for a Telemarketing Manager position for the management of campaigns in Portugal, reporting to the Head of Telesales for Spain and Portugal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing the sales teams in the contact centers where the sales campaigns will be carried out ensuring the achievement of the commercial objectives
- Monitoring daily results
- Training sales agents
- Designing animation plans
- Coordinating incentive plans
- Participating in the design of quality plans
- Interpreting sales reports and designing improvement plans

**About You**

**Requirements**:

- At least five years of proven experience in managing telemarketing campaigns in financial services and/or insurance
- Used to work under pressure
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Analytical skills
- Initiative to improve processes that have an impact on sales and with a clear focus on the customer
- Excellence and quality
- A medium-high level of English will be an asset
- Previous experience in a contact center in sales services in supervisory roles and / or campaign coordination
- Native Portuguese speaker and is available to travel on a regular basis to visit sales agencies in Portugal
- The role and future employee will have to be Spain based in our Madrid Office
