**The**Data Analyst, Digital Programs**Role**

Are you passionate about uncovering insights that make a difference? As a Data Analyst on Qlik’s Digital Programs team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how users interact with our digital support ecosystem. You’ll use your expertise to analyze diverse datasets, predict trends, and guide improvements across critical support channels like Chatbots, Live Chat, and Search. Your work will ensure every digital touchpoint is intuitive, efficient, and impactful, helping users succeed with confidence.

Your contributions will directly shape how customers experience Qlik’s digital environment, ensuring they feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

**We’re looking for a teammate with**:

- **
Technical expertise** in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau; ideally with cloud data architecture experience.
- **Analytical skills** to explore data, set KPI’s, test hypotheses, and make strategic recommendations.
- ** Experience with digital channels**, such as Chatbots, Live Chat, and Search, and their performance metrics.
- ** Strong communication** abilities to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
- ** A collaborative,**Iterative, Experimental Mindset**: Embrace a culture of data discovery, iterating quickly, testing hypotheses, and being willing to fail in pursuit of breakthrough insights. Continuously refine models, metrics, and dashboards to stay aligned with evolving business objectives and user needs.
