Responsible of OTC process, leading a medium to large teams of 7 or more people.
- Coach and train and manage performance for a large AR and Collections team.
- Partners with Business and Finance Operations to maintain an understanding of Partner and Customer Agreement payment terms.
- Analyses Aging Report(s)
- Serve as the lead and key functional project member providing oversight for multiple AR teams, supporting project set-up, invoicing, collections, and risk management processes.
- Develop and drive collection strategy and execution.
- Manage the accounting close and internal controls for AR and collections.
- Drive cash forecasting, and report on trends.
Accounts Receivable Coordinator w/ French (Team Management)|SSC Barcelona
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Order to Cash - Collections, Billing, etc. -.
- Experience of at least 3 years leading teams.
- Fluent in French and English as business language.
- Excellent leading skills.
