Look at the BSC experience: BSC-CNS YouTube Channel Let's stay connected with BSC Folks We promote Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, fostering an environment where each and every one of us is appreciated for who we are, regardless of our differences. **Context And Mission** - Reporting to BSC’s Technology Transfer Manager, the TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER officer on Intellectual Property Rights for AI FACTORIES will support activities mainly focused on keeping AI FACTORIES software libraries repositories, and data sets at data space repository properly registered, identifying per each item, the proper licence, the authorship and ownership rights and providing a due diligence to study the third-party dependencies **Key Duties** - Do the registration of AI FACTORY Software libraries repository and Data space repository - Specify the authorship rights and the ownership rights for each software /data set - In case of needed (BSC ownership), do the registration via Intellectual Property Disclosure Form - Provide with a Due Dilligence report to identify third-party dependencies for each item **Requirements**: - Education - Science or Engineering degree preferred (applicants with Business or Law degree will also be considered) - Knowledge on innovation, IPR management or similar a plus - Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience - Computer and Computational Sciences - Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience - Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan essential - Competences - Good written and verbal communication skills **Conditions** - The position will be located at BSC within the Directors Department - We offer a full-time contract (37.5h/week), a good working environment, a highly stimulating environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, support to the relocation procedures - Duration: 3 years - Holidays: 23 paid vacation days plus 24th and 31st of December per our collective agreement - Starting date: 01/09/2025 **Applications procedure and process** - A full CV in English including contact details - A cover/motivation letter with a statement of interest in English, clearly specifying for which specific area and topics the applicant wishes to be considered.
