Company Description
We are specialized in global and integrated advice on the international movement of workers handling various immigration and tax related aspects of their movements and helping them to navigate the unfamiliar legislative environments in which they work.
**Job Description**:
You will be inserted in our Global Mobility Tax team and will learn the International and local tax dispositions linked to the workers who moved from Spain to abroad or moved to Spain from abroad.
You have to be able:
- to have a tax briefing both in Spanish and English
- to prepare/check the Spanish tax returns
- to run estimation (gross to net and net to gross)
- to analyze inbound regime eligibility
- to day by day advise clients on Global Mobility topics (assignment, business travellers, remote working...)
- to manage the biggest Global Mobility policy, equity plan, etc.
- to manage the relationship with the Spanish tax authority.
Therefore, you will be the bridge between the individual, the company and the tax authorities.
You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities, both inside and outside our newly established organization. You will become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of expatriates and the Global Mobility area.
- Degree in ADE, Economics, Double degree law + ADE, Law.
- Appreciated to have even a Master's degree in taxation or immigration.
- Advanced English level. A second language (French, German etc.) is valued.
- Availability of immediate incorporation.
