**¿Qué buscamos?**
Dentro del área de Suscripción de Specialties estamos buscando un/a Suscriptor/a de Cyber & Professional Indemnity que será responsable del llevar a cabo la suscripción de riesgos conforme a las políticas internas de Zurich, tanto en el segmento corporate como en el de medio mercado, dando respuesta técnica a las necesidades, consultas y peticiones recibidas de brokers y clientes, siguiendo la estrategia fijada en la dirección de Specialties en Zurich España.
Para ello, sus principales funciones serán:
- Ser capaz de apoyar en la negociación de acuerdos de distribución con brókers, facilities así como otras herramientas o canales de distribución alternativos.
- Participar en la mejora continua de condicionados y búsqueda e implantación de servicios adicionales para los clientes (pre-breach y post-breach).
- Suscribir de nuevo negocio, la retención y gestión de la cartera asignada en base a los objetivos fijados por el director del ramo.
**¿Qué necesitamos?**
Esperamos que la persona que se incorpore en el equipo reúna las siguientes habilidades y experiências:
- Licenciatura en ADE, Económicas, Derecho, Ingeniería, o Grados Superiores en Informática. Se valorará muy positivamente el haber cumplimentado algún curso o postgrado en el campo de la ciber seguridad y/o protección de datos.
- Experiência en la suscripción de riesgos financieros, con especial foco en la suscripción de ciber riesgo y responsabilidad civil profesional, preferiblemente entre 1 a 3 años. Además se valorará experiência en el campo de Tech PI.
- Carácter emprendedor y con buenas habilidades comerciales.
- Con actitud proactiva hacia el aprendizaje y la resolución de retos que presenta el negocio de suscripción, tanto en gestión de cartera como en captación, análisis técnico y suscripción de nuevo negocio.
- Se valorará positivamente la experiência en la gestión e implementación de programas internacionales y/o de cautivas.
- Nível alto de inglés hablado y escrito.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad de negociación.
