Supplier and Carrier Coordinator

As a new member of the Traffic Team, you will be the vital link in Valencia between customer service, our network of 400 suppliers, and 40 carrier partners across 20 countries. You'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Traffic Team is the support hub for all our suppliers and carriers. You'll be the direct point of contact for various daily operational requests, including incorrect files, delayed orders, machine malfunctions, system errors, complaints, and other issues.

Your role is essential for the seamless execution of daily tasks. You'll communicate delayed orders with suppliers and customers, ensure partner performance meets our high standards, handle returned orders, and manage manual pickups. Additionally, you'll tackle urgent issues as they arise within our supply chain.

**What will you do?**
- **
Kick-start your day at 7:30 am** by managing the delayed order list, and ensuring timely communication with suppliers about order statuses.
- ** Take charge of manually entering orders and resolving errors** for suppliers who are not yet integrated into our automated order systems.
- ** Review and analyze supplier performance**, addressing any issues directly with them to ensure high standards are maintained.
- ** Support customer service** by answering incoming questions about suppliers, carriers, or the logistics tools HelloPrint uses.
- ** Handle returned orders** and swiftly resolve any logistic problems that arise, keeping our supply chain running smoothly.
- ** Arrange manual carrier pickups** at our producers, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
- ** Manage all incoming complaints** with our suppliers and carriers, facilitating their resolution and approval.
- ** Collaborate with the team** to continuously improve our systems and supplier processes, preventing future delays and complaints.
