HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
As part of a global transformation initiative to centralize client billing operations, we are hiring a **Billing & Invoice Coordinator** to join our newly established **Sales Back Office team**. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of billing and collection activities for our global client base, supporting the transition from a decentralized to a centralized operational model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute billing processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client contractual agreements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices in coordination with relevant teams.
- Handle client inquiries related to invoices, payment status, and documentation in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and support audit or reporting activities when required.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies, disputes, or data inconsistencies.
- Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement efforts within the Sales Back Office function.
- Ensure adherence to internal SLAs and compliance standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in a similar administrative or back-office role, ideally in a professional services or multinational company.
- **Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable workflows**.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work with numerical and financial data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Fluent in spoken and written English** (C1 or above).
- Proficiency with system ERP, CRM, and office productivity tools such as SAP, Microsoft Business Central, Salesforce, Excel, and accounting systems.

Desirable Assets
- **Arabic-speakers** highly valued; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are considered a strong plus.
- Previous experience interacting with clients in a support or administrative capacity.
- Exposure to international environments and working with distributed teams.
