El puesto:
Buscamos un/a **Especialista Senior en Nutanix** para integrarse a nuestro equipo de Technology Services. En esta posición, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar soluciones de infraestructura hiperconvergente utilizando tecnología **Nutanix**. Tendrás un rol clave en proyectos de transformación tecnológica, migración de cargas de trabajo y automatización de operaciones.
**Tus responsabilidades incluirán**:
- Diseñar y desplegar infraestructuras hiperconvergentes con Nutanix AOS, AHV, Prism, Files, Calm, entre otros.- Administrar entornos virtualizados y coordinar migraciones desde plataformas tradicionales hacia Nutanix.- Automatizar tareas usando Calm, Terraform, Ansible o Nutanix API.- Realizar mantenimientos preventivos, upgrades y gestión de incidencias complejas.- Documentar arquitecturas, generar manuales operativos y liderar pruebas de rendimiento y recuperación.- Colaborar con soporte de fabricantes para resolución avanzada de problemas.- Asegurar la calidad de los servicios siguiendo las metodologías de proyectos establecidas
Que esperamos de tí:
**Conocimientos técnicos imprescindibles**:
- Expertise en Nutanix: AOS, AHV, Prism Central/Element, Files, Flow, Calm.- Experiência con hipervisores (AHV, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V).- Sólidos conocimientos en redes virtuales (VLAN, VXLAN) y protocolos de almacenamiento (NFS, SMB, iSCSI).- Scripting y automatización: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Nutanix API.- Integración con nubes públicas (AWS, Azure, GCP) y entornos híbridos.
**Se valorará**:
- Experiência en soluciones de backup y recuperación integradas (Veeam, HYCU).- Conocimientos en VMware y entornos multicloud.- Fundamentos de seguridad en virtualización.
**Habilidades clave**:
- Liderazgo técnico y gestión de proyectos.- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas complejos.- Documentación técnica y generación de diseños de alto nível.- Orientación al cliente, iniciativa y comunicación efectiva con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.
**Formación y experiência**:
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en infraestructura, virtualización o HCI.- Certificaciones deseables: Nutanix NCP/NCM, VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure o AWS Fundamentals.
