**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- As a Global Inbound Manager your mission will be to reach prospects at any step of their decision making process and trigger their need for our SaaS.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategy.
- Create content and strategies to capture the attention of an exponentially growing pipeline of Hotel Managers
- Identify new organic revenue opportunities, to grow our active hotel clients base.
- Generate and launch mailing campaigns
- Reporting campaign resoults, ROIs and KPIs.
- Active search of new leads to include on the CRM
- Work alongside with the Sales, Product and Marketing Ops teams to ensure that market goals are met.
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience in the Lead generation in the B2B sector or any SaaS
- Previous working experience as an Growth Hacker, Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company
- High or native level of English and Spanish
- Resoults Oriented (focused on new leads), well-organized in defining targets, milestones and deadlines.
- Hard-working, motivated to make a big impact, and you persevere until the job is done.
- CRM Knowledge: if you have worked with Pipedrive before will be a plus
- Creative mindset to develop new campaigns. Constantly analyzing the market to implement new ideas and opportunities.

**About the company**:
Civitfun Hospitality is the leading company in guest management digitization, providing all the necessary tools to improve the experience for guests on arrival to hotels and rental apartments.
We are a startup in the market since 2014, currently backed by Venture Capital with a clear objective: to become the number one online check-in solution worldwide. As a company, we are making external acquisitions and planning to grow and double the size of the business year by year.
Our mission is to digitalise all the processes that are done by the hotel reception, from collecting all the needed documents for the check-in, tax payment, choosing a room or upgrading it and make the check out with the needed minibar or extras payments.
This makes more efficient the arrival to the hotel for guests by avoiding typical cues in the reception and help hoteliers to digitalise their customer database.
What we have developed is a online Check-in software that is integrated with the project management system of the hotel, this allows all the information included by the guest to be directly in the hotel program.
