Overview:
The Planning Coordinator will maximize limited resources to achieve optimal planning, integrating different interests from Academics, Area and Program Directors, Publishing, Campus Life, students, and professors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Program Management.
- Develop and implement program guidelines.
- Support professors´ appointment process together with the Area Directors.
- Gather professor's preferences and indications.
- Plan and schedule the IE business programs.
- Analyze activities and implement solutions for process optimization.
- Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.
- Oversee the correct course performance.
- Inform students of agenda adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree from a top University.
- Advanced Level in English and Spanish: written and oral.
- 3 years’ experience in process/operations-related positions.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals.
- Microsoft Office strong knowledge.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and establish priorities.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Team player.
- Hands-on approach.
