We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive who loves taking on new challenges, connecting with people and moving the sales process forward. You will play an **integral role in the expansion of Kubbo’s network in a new market.**

**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Build market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Manages the deals assigned following the proper workflow created with the unique goal to sign as many qualified opportunities and customers as to hit the defined targets
- Partner with Business Development Representatives to convert qualified leads into new business
- Interpretation of the discovery call to focus and personalize the conversation at a higher level that appeals to the client by understanding the needs of the targets to articulate how Kubbo can help them.
- Conduct successful business meetings, including pitching, demo session of our platform.
- Prepare proposals adapted according to the client
- Provide reliable and accurate reporting : closing forecast of activities, revenue achievement and the necessary follow up actions
- Customer follow ups on time not leaving overdue tasks.
- Coordinating and Conveying all information of the client to the Onbparding team to ensure a smooth platform and shipping experience.
- Becoming a product expert on Kubbo’s Business and its market positioning
- Conducting meetings with other departments ( product or operations ) about the identification of improvement of our solution based on our client needs

**Requirements and qualifications**
- Fluent/ Native Italian level
- 4+ years of working experience in similar role (account executive, business development manager, sales executive, etc)
- Experience in the Logistics field or e
- commerce required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of complex products, API based software and related use cases.
- Experience with Hubspot or another tier-one CRM
- Have a Challenger Sales (or similar) mindset with a “Can Do” attitude
- You are goal-oriented with a structured work approach, drive and a passion for Sales
- Strong team-player orientation with a demonstrated contribution to the success of others you've worked with
- Genuine curiosity in your customers' businesses and examples of how you've helped them solve problems in previous roles
