**SCOPE**

The TFSC covers the processing of documentary operations for the following European countries: Austria, Germany, Netherland, Spain and UK.

**REPORT TO**

Deputy Head of Trade Finance Service Center and functionally to the Head of Change and Continuous Improvement at Global Trade Operations.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**MISSION**

Within Group BNP Paribas ITO Function, Global Trade Operations, a community of 700* people in the 3 CIB regions & 50 countries, leverage on their integrated and global model to accompany the business strategy being the Global Trade operations Platforms a key enablers of the transformation.

The European Trade Finance Service Center has 115 employees across 16 nationalities in Spain and provides solutions for Domestic and international Guarantees, Syndicated guarantees, Fronting, Green and sustainable linked guarantees and Documentary products (Import and Export) for both, corporations or institutions, in close collaboration with the Global Trade Solutions teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Change and Continuous Improvement is responsible to support TFSC in:

- the identification of areas of improvement in current processes with the aim of simplify / automatize them; maintaining updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- the production of KPI and reporting and
- the management of the 1st Level Support area responsible to give support to the TFSC and local users in relation to the IT tools used in the Guarantee/DP business and be involved in the migrations and releases of Dwings.

The CCI Manager is primarily responsible to oversee the correct implementation of all the ongoing projects / initiatives under the scope of the team and the correct reporting on the status of all of them (achievements, blocking points ).

The responsible of the team needs to be able to communicate with FTSC and GTO Managers on regular basis and providing them relevant information to support them in the decision-making. Therefore, it is necessary to have a proactive approach in the exchanges with the management in order to propose and advise new initiatives that will help the teams to boost the efficiency and quality in their respective teams.
In addition, there will be necessary to interact with the responsible of other transversal initiatives and develop a fluent dialogue and coordination.

**Detailed responsibilities**:
Continuous improvement:

- Analyse current end-to-end processes.
- Identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate in the implement of RPA solutions to ease the processing of low value added tasks

SOPs and documentation:

- Ensure the maintenance of updated SOPs
- Ensure the maintenance of other documentation (presentations )

Reporting:

- Production and analysis of monthly statistics and KPIs for the countries under the scope of TFSC.
- Production of monthly Reporting and Governance deck for the countries under the scope of TFSC including relevant comments
- Chairing of SLA meetings with internal clients (MO) and enforce SLA commitments and report
- Contribute to the implementation of new accurate and relevant Reporting produced by the different internal tools.

First Level:

- Users support to all tools (Dwings, EPS, Ivision, TDR )
- Requests of access to tools, entitlements, sharedrives..etc
- Registration of the incidents in Service Now
- Provide business expertise
- Follow-up and coordination of incidents
- Communication to users
- Dwings Training
- Support in the different migrations to Dwings (preparation of the enrichment file, UAT)
- Support in the different releases to Dwings (UAT)
