**## The Role**

We're seeking a hands-on **_Principal Product Marketing Manager_** to lead our go-to-market efforts and drive our product-led growth strategy. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our marketing vision and execution in our fast-paced, Founder Mode startup.

**## Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement GTM strategies for our AI platform
- Lead product-led growth initiatives and content marketing efforts
- Create compelling product messaging and marketing assets (white papers, case studies, blog posts)
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas, and develop comprehensive buyer graphs
- Map customer journeys and design full-funnel (top, middle, bottom) marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to amplify our reach
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Provide strategic guidance to global and local MarCom teams
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies
- Contribute to overall company strategy and growth initiatives

**## Qualifications**
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/ML
- Proven track record in GTM strategies and product launches
- Strong understanding of product-led growth methodologies
- Experience in customer journey mapping and full-funnel campaign development
- Excellent content creation and storytelling skills
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities
- Self-starter mentality; ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
