We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can help translate our service features into a concise story for multiple external audiences. You have experience working with internal resources, building bridges between departments, creating value-focused narratives, leading research and competitive intelligence programs, and helping our partners understand Plug and Play’s services. You will develop messaging, positioning, and resources to lead demand generation, sales, and customer satisfaction and retention. You will partner with our Venture, Business Development, and Partner Success teams to ensure alignment among the department and proper communication of our product offering.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with leadership across all sales markets to identify content opportunities to promote engagement and conversion
- Develop product positioning and messaging for internal and external audiences
- Develop product pricing strategies and structures
- Develop understanding of the full product portfolio to reiterate the value of our solutions and help speed the sales cycle
- Develop internal and external enablement materials to increase customer engagement and help build prospect and customer conversations
- Create and deliver training and support for business development team
- Understand QA testing efforts, perform customer interviews, and pilot new features and solutions to confirm product readiness and validate messaging and positioning statements before product launch
- Assess the effectiveness of the product offerings and report back to the business on required changes
- Gather all market information to understand the competitive landscape
- Develop a marketing plan for the products we support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and services to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in English (C1 level but C2 preferred)
- More than 8 years of professional experience
- More than 2 years experience in product marketing in a B2B environment
- Firm understanding of product marketing, different marketing concepts, and best practices
- Project management skills. Have a data-informed approach, set measurable goals for every project you take on.
- Ability to excel in an interdisciplinary environment, and in rallying different teams around a shared goal
- Ability to write for multiple audiences, including technical content
- Ability to dive into Plug and Play to become a promoter of our features, use cases, and value propositions for customers
- Dispose of good energy and positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Master’s degree in related field is a plus
- Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
- Computer savvy, working knowledge of databases and other relevant software is a plus
