**Capital Markets Business Analyst - contract - Madrid (hyrbid) - remote**

Our client is urgently seeking a fluent English and Spanish speaking Capital Markets Business Analyst to work on the specification below:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- At least 6 years of experience working in Capital markets functions and trading in Equity, Derivatives and OTC.
- Should have rich experience on Middle Office and Back Office operations
- Should have worked to gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst
- At least 4 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.
- At least 4 years of experience around Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are performed to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
