We are currently looking for a **Bilingual**Office Manager**for a fintech company.
As an Office Manager, you will have an integral focus on 2 key areas**:front desk and office administration.** A proactive, independent, and multifunctional profile is required, with the ability to continuously improve processes and the work environment.
**️**We need**:
- ** +3-4** years of experience** as an Office Manager.
- Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring organization, maintenance, and efficient functioning of the reception area for a team**.**:
- **Assist the CEO**with daily operations.
- Coordinating **daily tasks**:schedules, meetings, and travel for teams and directors.
- **Organizing internal events and team activities**, both in-person and virtual.
- Controlling **office budgets** and handling related **invoices**and **payments**.
- Supporting the management of the **employee lifecycle,** including documentation, record-keeping, leave requests.
- Collaborating in the implementation of** wellness and organizational culture** initiatives.
**What we expect from you**:
- **Experience** in digital enviroment, Start-ups or Agencys (Fintech is valued).
- Strong skills in managing administrative and organizational processes, with the ability to **coordinate multiple tasks.**:
- **Proactive**attitude, **problem-solving** skills, and the ability to work in a** dynamic and agile environment.**:
- Excellent **communication**skills, English and Spanish.
- Ability to **work independently** and in a team while maintaining an organized and positive environment.
- **“Hands-on” approach,** willing to be directly involved in all operational tasks.
- We are looking for a stable profile, so profiles with high turnover will not be considered
