Manager Ibp Digitalisation

**Responsibilities**:
**_Your mission_**: The role leads the development of Digitalisation process for integration between IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and ISCP (Integrated Supply Chain Planning), and has overall responsibility for ensuring that the complex combination of these two processes and digital entities is optimised.

Role holder will ensure that required functionality is clearly defined by appropriate business functional stakeholders, designs the high level process architecture to integrate seemlesly with the ISCP template and identifies the appropriate way to merge the technology and processes to deliver the requirements of both Supply Chain Planning and Integrated business planning.

Role holder will build business proposals that delivering against Europe standards for transformation projects. The role will recommend the team and skills required to implement the processes and technology which is being designed for both today and the future.

The role clearly sets the functional scope for both processes, developing clear plans with Functional, Deployment, Product and and external partners design, document, build and test the solutions developed.

The incumbent must be an agile learner, able to adapt thinking to consider new approaches and translate from high level vision into practical and deliverable objectives and short term goals.

A key part of this role is to work effectively with a number of business functions ranging from functional Snr Dirs, IT SMEs, Consultants, CoR Snr Dirs, Plnning Directors, 3rd Party Service Providers, and BU Supply Chain Leads.

**_Your day to day with us: _**
- **_Govern the process and technology integration between ISCP and IBP, with specific ownership of supply chain planning processes _**:

- **_Partner with IBP Product and Process organisation to define and deliver solutions which meet programme aspirations at the same time as tactical needs whilst unlocking productivity or commercial opportunities_**:

- ** Provide balanced recommendation to minimize development of the overlapping capabilities between existing iSCP template and IBP playbook**:

- _ Prepare detailed programme agenda to bring ideas from concept through to implementation phases_
- _ Identify and own the delivery of enhancements to the iSCP template which support the effective integration with IBP process and technology_
- _ Partner with the IBP deployment teams through design, build and test phases to ensure completion of IBP/ISCP integration design_
- _ Complete the design on how IBP processes will be supported by ISCP in BU’s and MU’s without IBP technology deployment_
- _ Leverage insighted from Pilot, Global Model Build to inform integration with other sectors, most notably North America and PGT and LATAM Blue Yonder integration._
- _ Leadership within a matrix organisation._
- _ Outstanding communication and presentational skills, excellent English (other lanugaues an advantage), in taking others with you at different levels of the organisation ranging from operating roles to senior Executives in the Europe Sector to drive transformational changes._
- _ Ability to lead process transformation with Senior Directors, Senior Managers and Key Users across multiple markets and categories by understand their performance priorities_

Qualifications:
**_What you will need to succeed:_**:

- _
- _Extensive experience in integrated Supply Chain Planning regarded as a Top Subject Matter Expert prererably in FMCG with closely related food and beverages experience in an international environment_
- _ Extensive experience in designing and deploying technology solutions to meet business processes. Proven optimization experience._
- _ Proven track record of driving business performance by implementing advanced technology & analytics._
- _ Ability to map and redesign complex processes and advance capability through strengthening People, Process or Technology _
- Differentiating Competencies Required:_
The role needs to have a very strong background in integrated Supply Chain planning best practices, advanced technology implementation experience end to end knowledge of supply chain and S&OP. Strong understanding of data and technology is also required to influence key decisions.
